Josh was awesome! He did a great job finding the sudden blockage in my duct system. The air wasn't coming through the vents. He had to find the blockage, then widen the opening to remove the large debris. He did a very clean and thorough job. He was super helpful, professional, and an all-around nice guy. Enjoyed working with Polarbear to install a wall AC unit. Emilia and Alexa were very helpful. They asked a lot of detailed questions before advising on which unit would suit me best, which I appreciated. I initially asked for a higher BTU unit and they said that a lower BTU unit would suit my needs, so they're definitely service-oriented and don't try to upsell.
