Have such issues to deal with the Senior Claims Adjuster in Canada, whose lake of seniority and professionalism is just dramatic. I feel just like emailing and chatting with a automatic mail box. Everything is done to avoid any payment and resolution. I am escalating this issue to her management, otherwise like a precedent commentator I will have no other solution than to do a claim against, so ironic.... I do not recommend this company. I am contacting my company and my relocation agency to report such issues.

We prepaid this company insurance premiums on our home that was vacant. The home sold, and we were promised a refund of our unused premiums. This amount was nearly $2,000. A month ago, I requested in writing that our money be returned to us. This company has not only refused to return our money, they have refused to answer my correspondence. I will never use them again. Am currently seeking legal advice. Dishonest companies should be run out of business. I intend to spread the word.
