        I regretted purchasing an auto warranty with iA - they did not even respond to my inquiry for A/C repair so I have had broken A/C for the entire summer. It took them TWO MONTHS just to tell me I didn't qualify for the repair. And this is after repeated calls and emails from myself and the dealership. I have two young children and we have suffered because of the lack of professionalism and laziness of this terrible firm. This is completely unacceptable - avoid a warranty with them at all costs. Their customer service is terrible and I am filing a formal complaint against them
