        Edgar is a very unreliable and unhelpful agent. I strongly recommend against dealing with him since he doesn't get anything done. We called him in May to remove one of our vehicles from the policy and he didn't get it done until December. Recently we called him to inform him that our home's heating system changed from oil to electric and that our monthly premium should go down, he lied and said it's not true. Once I called Allstate, they immediately changed and lowered our premium. He's a liar, unreliable and very lazy.
