        I had my insurance with Naz and the customer service was brutal. I had to wait more than a month for my own refund on top of which they charged a fees as well. Miss Beant kaur was dealing with me and she had no sense of talking to a customer they refunded the money to someone else by mistake and were trying to convince me that i am lying to them for refund even when I already provided them with proof that i did not receive money. She had no customer service etiquette, was rude and show no patience while dealing with customers and dont even accept her mistake that they have committed.
