        4.3 stars, really????? I just hope they were remotely as good at hosting services as they are at getting favorable reviews on Google. The worst imaginable hosting provider. I used to use them for hosting. Every time there was a problem, and there were problems almost every other day, Simon would not respond for hours, that's if you request within business hours, days if you happened to ask for support during the weekend. I literally had to beg for service. The final knock came when all my websites were down for days and when I asked for support, Simon said I always ask for support. Can't imagine how and why this guy is still in business. He should be doing something more productive with his time.
