I had the worst experience and embaresment ever.!!! Right at the beging the way we been treated I don't have a word to describe it. I made reservations a week ago. The first impression wasn't welcoming at all. Since there was a lots of open table the server was told to put us back table close to the kitchen kind of unwanted table they put there table close and utensils very embarrassing. I brought a guest for a special day celebration. My pasta was no test whatsoever I ask spicy oil to give it a flavor my friend order salmon. serve no bread no caming back asking how was our dinner nothing. I have to ask the waiter to see a desert menu he said no , I wasn't sure if he was joking or serious I just ordered cnolli and 2 cappuccin. I pay $200 for iembatessing night out . When you have a business you have to treat everyone equal you don't know who they are and what background. You guys rune my night. Very sad and disappointed.

When we arrived, we found that we were the first. Unfortunately, the manager immediately stopped us asking why there were only two of us. Malheureusement, le grant nous a immdiatement interpells en demandant pourquoi nous n'tions que deux. Ensuite, il s'est mis nous crier dessus, car il attendait que tout notre groupe d'amis arrive en mme temps. Malheureusement, certaines personnes de notre groupe n'ont pas pu venir, ce qui l'a considrablement nerv. Il a alors retir, sans nous consulter, une partie de notre table en dclarant qu'il la donnerait quelqu'un d'autre. Lorsque tout le groupe s'est finalement runi, le grant nous a presss pour prendre nos commandes. Il tait vident qu'il souhaitait que nous quittions rapidement les lieux. Sa prsence tait extrmement oppressante et stressante. Personnellement, j'avais choisi une pizza 20$. Bien qu'elle ft petite, elle tait plutt bonne... Par la suite, nous avons demand l'addition. Quelle ne fut pas notre surprise lorsque nous avons appris que nous devions diviser le montant total de la facture par le nombre de personnes. Cela s'est traduit par un montant de 52 $ par personne, ce qui est excessif pour une simple pizza ! Je trouve incroyable que la serveuse n'ait mme pas pris la peine de retenir ce que chacun avait command, surtout tant donn que nous n'tions que 6. Ensuite, le grant nous a apport le gteau d'anniversaire, toujours emball et sans couteaux, en nous signifiant que nous devions dsormais partir. Nous n'avons donc pas pu clbrer l'anniversaire comme il se doit et nous sommes rentrs chez nous avec notre gteau la main. Vraiment honteux !

Mediocre & overpriced food, specifically the soggy pizza, calamari, and pasta that was drenched in what I think was supposed to be the sauce? Waiter looked annoyed throughout the entire night, atmosphere in the lower floor just felt depressing (nothing like in the photos), and we got charged 8$ per person for water that we never asked for...

The most disappointing Italian experience of my life. The risotto tasted like boiled rice with seafood added. The seabass was underwhelming. My daughter had the vegetable risotto slightly better than the tasteless, tough seafood. Is this the standard for Italian nowadays.? The Wal-Mart frozen risotto meal is more appetizing than this. Secondly the menu: prices on the website are only like 20 -44 percent lower than the actual menu to lure you. Talk about being ambushed, when the fillet risotto is advertised as $38 on the website, then to discover it is actually $55!!!! What a horrible birthday for my wife. Only good thing is that she chose the restaurant, not me. The next street restaurant La Siciliano served one of the best risotto s I have tasted, so walk a little further to Stanley Street. That chef should be cooking in prison,not in one of the culinary capitals of the world. Also too noisy with a big screen TV!!! Is it meant to be a pub? Then serve bangers and mash. Hard to mess that up.
