If i could rate 0 stars i would!! Oddly enough, Intelcom is THE ONLY carrier company that can NEVER find my address. I used to order from Amazon from time to time... Inevitability, if the package was sent via Intelcom, I had to call Intelcome at least 3 times before I would end up receiving my (VERY LATE) package (even had to go to a birthday party with a last minute impersonnel git certificate as my present delivery was delayed 2 weeks). EVERY TIME, I would call and give Intelcom the GPS coordinates to my house...They would confirm that the info was "updated" in their system... they assured me the package would get to me the next day.... And yet... I would just see another "failed delivery attempt" in my amazon account. I would call intelcom back the next day and the whole thing would start over again!! I stopped ordering from Amazon because of the incompetence of Intelcom.

This is the less reliable company I know. They drop my orders who knows where and drop my neighbors orders at my garage. They're sorry. That's all they're capable of, being sorry :(

Would give zero stars if it was an option. They continually try to deliver to my business after hours. Customer support says the routes can't be changed, drivers can't be contacted. So if you own a business you can't order from Amazon now because packages will never arrive

Sorry is the ONLY word they know. Their customer services agents are useless WHEN they actually answer the phone. Their drivers don't know how to read. They deliver at the wrong place. Recently, they left a package that was the object of fraudulent activity on my account. I was DENIED the possibility to REFUSE it as their drivers run like thieves. They have been made aware of the fraudulent activity, still they asked me to contact the sending company to deal with it ?!?! They won't return it. I might add that I am a disabled person. A small help would be welcomed. NO! Their ONLY JOB IS TO DROP PACKAGES ANYWHERE MOSTLY AT THE WRONG PLACES. Too bad.They are "sorry"...
