        Attempted delivery after estimated time. Went to check package for pickup and was told it was there. Waited for redelivery attempt all day only to be told package is waiting for pickup. Terrible service

        After making me wait for 20 minutes, this FedEx was unable to send a single-page letter in the mail for me because...they were out of paper! I wish I was joking, but the employee said there was "nothing I can do", because FedEx, a shipping centre, had no solution to their printer running out of paper. What will these people do when they run into complex life issues like balancing a budget, planning a trip or getting a flat tire on their bike? A FedEx running out of paper has to be one of the most absurd, fixable problems I've seen. Zero stars, the people working here have no resourcefulness whatsoever.
