La personne au comptoir omis de cocher une case en remplissant le air waybill la place de mon amie ( pas l'aise avec la paperasse ), ce qui m'a un peu compliqu la vie car mon envoi a t fait avec le service Priority au lieu de Econmy ( FedEx fait alors un choix votre place place ) mais tant donn sa gentillesse le service ce centre mrite quand mme un 4 toiles. J'avais pourtant fourni une feuille contenant tous les dtails d'expdition man bon, j'ai dj fait des erreurs moi aussi. :-)
