Excellent service. Sent email explaining my problem and they replied the next day. I was told that the part I need would be sent within the next few days. Decided to call and asked if I could pick it upwent the following day and the part was waiting for me.

Zero aftermarket service. Been trying to get help from their technical rep. 10 months. No answers except i am too busy. Their local dealer is USELESS and condescending.

Purchased shower head/ wand combo for more than $1000. Took 3 months to arrive. Installation manual was full of mistakes/ mislabeled parts. It leaked. After calling and explaining the employee was rude and condescending. Explaining he knew the manual had mistakes. He continued to insist it was my fault and I made a mistake. Upon further inspection I realized it was missing 3 rubber gaskets that are meant to come with. Poor quality control. Terrible customer service. Drips unless perfectly aligned (1/16 of an inch) between wand and shower head. Would not recommend. Took another 3 weeks to receive missing parts. Tried to support QC business. Worst experience ever. Also it is already stained/ hard to clean.
