        Very disappointed with their service when my wife showed up at their place she felt as if she was bothering them. She asked when she entered if someone could help her and the owner replied ! can't you see I am shipping an order? Wow what a reception! At this point my wife decided to leave and not be served by a person having such attitude.

        The quality and selection of chandeliers and other styles is undeniable. Price is also standard compared to other shops, definitely worth a visit but gosh the service was horrific. The man was so rude and arrogant. Maybe Ill try to speak with someone else next time.
