    Do yourself a favour and stay away from Curtis International, youll be wasting your time and energy, you will be frustrated and aggravated. Read the reviews by others, my ordeal with them is the following: We bought 3 Frigidaire 25L air fryer ovens in January 2022 (one for our use and the other for gifts) online from Walmart. Our unit stopped working after just a few months, it does not power up, totally non operational. I found out that small Frigidaire appliances under guarantee are handled/repaired by Curtis International. After sending them all required documents (receipt, pictures and video), they never responded, therefore 3 week later I contacted them, at that time they told me that the file sizes were too large for them. Therefore, I need to send them a new set, which I promptly sent. Weeks passed without any news; hence I called them, finally after many attempts and very long waits I got to talk to a support person, who told me that my case number did not exist. I asked her for her email address and sent her the complete thread of emails with Curtis International. After receiving the email, she told me that someone would call me. Allegedly that person had called but left no massage. Next, I received an email from another support person instructing me to take the unit for repair to a local repair shop in Montreal, when I was about to take the unit to them, that support person called me in panic telling me that I should ignore that instruction and do the following instead. Cut the power cable, write the case number on the unit with a permanent marker, take pictures and email them, and they will either replace the unit or refund me the full amount. Weeks have since passed, I cannot reach them by phone and any email I send, I get a response that my file has been updated. As a lifetime Frigidaire appliance proponent (owning many Frigidaire appliances for 50 years), I am really disappointed, never thought that client service could be such a daunting. Best of all, they are claiming to not have heard from me in 10 days and closed the ticket, it is ironical because the last time I have contacted them by email was one day before receiving their email.

    Absolutely the worst company ever. They are non communicative and negligent even when your product was under warranty. I purchased a RCA Roku Smart TV and needed a replacement or refund and they refused to answer my imploring emails and phone calls. Refusing to give me a file number, it appears to be a tactic to delay my request so the warranty had passed. I've been trying for a year to have them assume responsibility to no avail. They are not a company to be trusted.
