Please be aware Limited lifetime warranty is just a gimmick Bought several jackets from this brand and it seems like the warranty is no longer valid after a certain number of years. Plus, they need a proof of purchase even if Office de la protection du consommateur says it's not mandatory for something with a ''lifetime warranty''

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICES Ive encountered in my life. I have spoken to four different agents seeking for a refund as their shipping carrier lost my item. I am not going to wait the entire winter to get my jacket. I purchased a $995 jacket. I expect more than simply not dealing with my situation. I will not be purchasing from you guys ever again.

Horrible customer service. I ordered a coat that never came and moose knuckle refused to relay the proper information to fedex resulting in a denial of my claim. They acted as if they didnt even want to help. No effort, no nothing just we are sorry. I called fedex and they advised me that moose knuckle did not provide accurate information and advised me to open a second claim which moose knuckle fought me on, saying they could only open one claim. Until speaking with a supervisor, which opened a second claim. I was told she would be in direct contact with me via email. She has never emailed me. This claim was opened in NOVEMBER; it is now FEBRUARY. So I call moose knuckle and speak to SOPHIA (manager) and she has the nastiest attitude.After I explained and pleaded with her I couldnt believe how dismissive and unconcerned she was, all she said was thats all we could do, sorry Then when I asked for to connect me to someone else she told me she couldnt. Ugh these people left the worst taste in my mouth. Corporate really needs to do better in regards to customer service.

I bought a coat for my daughter last Saturday, I brought home and she tried , she found it was broken, I sent an email right way in the same day to ask if it can be repaired, I was asked to send the pictures of the bill and the coat. Then I got answer that it is wear and tear. I cant believe it. I sent email on the same day of my bought, I even didnt threw the labels. I was wrong because I believe moose knuckle is a good brand , it is not supposed to sell broken products, so I didnt check carefully, I only checked the size and model, it is good for my daughter the I just took it. I got the lesson. I was mois knuckles loyal customer, but I will never buy again . I checked reviews, I found a lot of customers got same the same answers wear and tear, what kind of customer service! I was thinking moose knuckles should have the similar service with Canada goose, I found I was wrong.
