After reading the lousy reviews I decided to go anyway because it's 5 minutes from my workplace. I brought my old faucet cartridges that needed replacing with me. I waited all of 2 minutes to be served by a really friendly gentleman. I'll admit I was taken aback forking out almost $75 for a set of cartridges but my own research online indicates this is a fair price for these particular quality parts. The install went well and my wife is happy there's no longer a slow dripping and whistling faucet. Thanks Nelco.
