I have been to MyAlignment twice so far and I am extremely satisfied with the service! Heather is super knowledgeable and accommodating. Shes easy to communicate with and provides a super relaxing environment during the sessions! Exercises that shes recommended I do at home to maintain the loosened tension have really helped as well.
