The massage therapist ruined my neck and back. I informed her I had a neck injury and I was in a lot of pain. She moved my neck abruptly, shook it and pressed way too hard after I told her it hurt. She did cupping which I didnt ask for and left me with bruises all over my back for my vacation. Then she over charged me. I paid $75 for 45 mins, the prices on the website are a lie. When you walk in, they show you new prices and pressure you into agreeing to them. Then when I was leaving they asked for a tip. I had already tipped and paid the lady prior to the service and they said it wasnt enough. I felt like I shouldnt have to tip more after a service that injured me more then when I walked in. A few days later I went to my physio therapist and she said wow they really injured you eh she was shocked to see the state of my body. Do not go here!
