The best massage therapist downtown! I am training for thriathlons 8 times a week and added recently 90mins with Alan to my routine. His technique helps my body recover faster and I have noticed good improvement in my performance. He is now part of my training tool kit and I highly recommend him to all the sportive people with a high training volume!
