Shanthi is excellent osteopath and massage therapy practitioner. I have seen many other practitioners throughout the years and have found her to be the most helpful with my lower back pain (SI joint). I can tell she loves learning and improving her practice because her knowledge is vast. Shanthi has given me exercises and stretches to do at home that actually help reduce or eliminate the pain. I am now in a place where I mostly experience no back pain!
