What a joke! Called yesterday for a car wash, told me it was a bit tight & to come this morning at 9a. Show up at 9 to find the place closed. Called & they said they only open at 10. Go back at 10, still no one there so I had to call again to find out the worker is running late. Finally go back around 10:15 to find out they had just opened this week and have no stock in order to do a thorough in/out wash/detailing. Maybe this could have been explained 1 of the 4 times I was on the phone with you? I understand the employee at the location was just the middle man, but also to tell me he has 2 people in front of me when I had shown up at 9a. Completely wasted my morning with all the back and forth, only to tell me to leave a complaint with his boss and to come back next week. It's unfortunate because I had used this place last summer and it's super convenient for me.
