I went there with my Huawei p30 pro with a SIM card problem, they told me they would do their diagnosis, and that is usually a common problem with this type of phone and would probably not take long to repair it. The next day they emailed me their diagnosis saying that Liquid went in from the sim card reader at the bottom. I found it strange that it was a liquid damage as I had NEVER dropped my phone in water or any other liquid, but I reasoned that because the back was cracked, maybe humidity could have gotten in and caused such damage. They proceed with telling me the rates for the repair and that it would take approximately 2 hours. I agreed to the repair and asked if I would be able to pick it up at the end of the day. They told me unfortunately no, and that they would email me when it would be ready. I contacted them again the next day and got no answer back. I contacted them again 4 days later and also did not get any answer. I went there in person and they told me they sent me emails, which I never received, the person which I have been taking to blamed the lack of emails on the store VPN and on the ice storm that knocked out power in many parts of the city. I asked for my phone back, and upon inspection I noticed that now the wifi, lantern, bluetooth and the SIM card also stop working as well. I was convinced to leave my phone there again by the guy who said to me that the problem now was actually at the top of the phone on some broken buses and it would take approximately 5 days to repair. After 5 days I emailed them again asking how the repair was going, which I got a message back 4 days later, saying that the repair was almost done, and that they found the issue and that they would attempt to repair on that day and would email me their results as soon as it was done. The next day went by and I received no email with their results. I finally decided one more day later to go to the store. They guy told me the repair was unsuccessful, I decided to sell it to him for parts which he offered me 100 bucks for the phone as is. I sold the phone and regretted ever taking it there in the first place. In conclusion, they took 21 days with no results for their work and turned a working phone with only a SIM card problem, to an unusable phone with no Wifi, Bluetooth, Lantern, and SIM card.

I had a day to have my phone repaired before my flight. The replacement screen had an issue but they had a new screen express shipped and my Pixel 4 5g was ready in time for my flight, like new. 160$+tx. Thank you so much!
