I brought my phone to trade it in and was told that they were out of the prepaid cards that they use so I would have to go to another location but the other location may not have someone who knows how to trade in a phone. I asked if they could check to see exactly what I would get for a trade in and was rudely told I dont know how maybe train all of your staff to do simple trade ins on devices? The other location was more helpful but the prepaid card I received has been nothing but trouble, used it for a few small purchases but now its just declined everywhere I try to use it.
