I had a very complex laptop issue (a handful of micro components were toast, along with a bad battery connector). I was willing to leave it with them until they would find parts to do the job, as those parts were hard to source. They accepted the challenge, fixed the device as soon as parts were available, and took a very reasonable price for the whole thing. There are pretty much no other shops in town that will look at your devices and ACTUALLY FIX IT with issues like that (certainly not the ubreakifix types). It's not a place that just follows youtube tutorials, but an actual place where they have the required devices and knowledge to diagnose, replace, and solder the right components. These guys are no joke when it comes to electronics, and I'm saying that as an electrical engineer.
