They offer one of The Worst customer services in the town. Visited them this morning to receive the money. The agent Jessxxxx was extremely rude and non-professional. Agent asked me if I wanted to receive cash or cheque. I responded, "cash". I was told they don't offer cash and can issue a check instead. I asked the agent why not the cash? Later, I asked the agent to go ahead with the check. The agent refused to serve me as I was rude and I treat the agent as my kid (and all this because Iasked the agent, why not cash?). I asked the agent several times about name and ID so that I can file a complaint with the head office however rudely my request was turned down. I was even threatened that if I didn't leave, they would call the police.
