        They did not take the time to explain my options and never sent me the information by email like I had asked. They made mistakes along the way which influenced negatively my decision. I overall feel I wasn't given the appropriate level of attention and that the loan pushed on me wasn't the best deal for me, but the best deal for their pockets.
