I had a great experience working with Apollo Support recently on two separate items. Response times were prompt and they did not hesitate to send out a replacement part when necessary. I also upgraded my Phantom from v2 to v3 which was a smooth process and well worth the upgrade, it feels like a new scooter!

I bought two Apollo Phantom V2 e-scooters , and also purchased the V3 upgrade package, which takes time and patience for the end user to install properly. Technical support from the company has been good: they recently replaced a faulty V3 display for me fee of cost (I paid only the shipping cost). The products that Apollo produces are top quality, and provide exceptional value for the money. The Phantom itself offers speed, comfort, and durability as well. Better than an e-bike, and less costly than other high end products being sold by their competitors.

Exelent service and quality of product, I got 700 miles on my Apollo explore still running like new, and they always send me my free tires, inner tubes, brakes and even the fender that I broke. Best company to get a scooter. Love the fast that they respond. Always helpful. Thanks for a food experience. Apollo explore
