moved our stuff and sadly the cost was way over the agreed amount. on top of that they overcharged us but the money the owed us was never returned. i made several phone calls but no response. also when they dropped off our stuff a few bed parts etc from other people's home was left at our place.

I highly recommend HMC for all your moving needs. I was moving from Montreal to Toronto, and was extremely stressed out about it as it was my first long distance move. I contacted HMC based on the great reviews I read online, and most definitely made the right choice. Anna was super helpful in organizing all the logistics, and was able to schedule the move last minute. The movers came prepared with all of the packing materials and were extremely careful in wrapping all of my pieces of furniture. Everything was delivered on time and nothing was damaged. Overall, I had a great experience and will without a doubt use HMC in the future and will recommend them to all my friends. Thank you!

Very negative experience with our move with Hercules. We moved from Ontario to Quebec over a month ago, and everything that could have gone wrong, went wrong. First of all; the quote we were given at the initial interview ended up being 1/2 of what we ended up paying. Surprise fees and extra weight showed up on our receipt 2 days before the delivery in our new place. We were told we couldnt have our items delivered until every cent of the bill was paid for. Secondly; the pick up and delivery teams. Pick up team in Ontario was full of 2 very unfriendly men who didnt speak to us, and 1 young man forced to do most of the moving by himself. Sadly; this was the best experience of our time with Hercules. The delivery team in Quebec had much nicer movers; however they told us they were on a harsh schedule and had to be quick. They threw most of the boxes in our apartment, regardless of the FRAGILE labels on them. Most of our boxes were found upside down and smashed in by other heavier items stacked on top of them. Plus multiple furniture pieces had been broken in the delivery. An overall awful experience with the movers. The final straw came to us when we discovered that on top of the numerous broken dishes and keepsakes, and furniture pieces; a large box containing childhood keepsakes was nowhere to be found. We knew it had to have been misplaced in the move. When we contacted Hercules for help; they offered us $30 for our troubles, and told us there was nothing more they could do. It also took almost a month of back and forth for them to finally agree to give us this small sum of money; for an over $3000 bill. I do NOT suggest or recommend using this company and their services if you can avoid them. Their utter lack of care or compassion for their customers is disgusting. As long as they get their money, they dont care what happens. 1/5 for sure.

- The movers broke quite a few items on the move. - I bought extra insurance to cover any damages. - They made me send pictures and research current prices of those broken items. - I complied and supplied all they asked for the claim. - They emailed to confirm that they will "send me the money" in a few days. - Then they stopped communicating for a month. I have no recourse. - I wrote a factual review of my experience. - They then suddenly decided to reach out after a month of silence. - They threatened to not give my money back if I don't take down my review. - It seems that the damage insurance is a scam. I never got my money back. - I contacted BBB for a compliant. They never bothered to respond to BBB. Do yourself a favour and avoid the headache of a dishonest company.

Very satisfied with their service. HMC quickly responded when I first contacted them and picked up my furniture at a date of my preference. However, I had to wait for 4 days when I was trying to contact them to ask them to deliver it. Regardless, they fixed a mutually convenient date and time for delivery of the furniture and assembled it very well. Nothing was damaged or missing. Will use HMC again if the opportunity arises.
