Tudor The Mover

Edit: the response form the owner is laughable like really guys, what a joke of a company? Called and was hung up on before i could even ask if they can help me move. Called back right away because maybe it was a mistake and went to voicemail, called again and pretty sure they blocked me. Is this seriously how this business is run, pretty pathetic. If its because i spoke in english and not French then thats even more sad because i speak fluently in french but chose to talk in english.

Highest recommendation for TUDOR THE MOVER ! My husband and I just used them for the second time and will never use another company for any move we ever have. The team is so responsive and organized from beginning to end. Our crew, Jacob, Michael and Derrick, made our move completely stress free and we were beyond impressed with how careful they were with all of our belongings. Their professionalism and efficiency is as good as it gets and I would recommend this team and Tudor The Mover to anyone I know that is planning any kind of move. Thank you so much for making everything so easy for us!

(Note: this is based on initial phone call, not a move). I was so impressed by all of these reviews and was expecting a friendly, helpful phone call in which I could find out some information and get a quote. The person who picked up the phone spoke so rudely to me. I've never experienced such an interaction from a business before, especially one whose primary work is dealing with customers! Maybe the movers are very kind and helpful, but whoever answers the phone was so rude to me, when all I was doing was politely asking questions. Every response was sharp and unkind. I was so taken aback by his manner and tone, which was not at all helpful or constructive. It left me with a bad taste in my mouth and a worried feeling that I would not be taken care of if I hired them, but would instead be yelled at if anything went wrong. Also, I have seen the response from the company. He asked if he could send someone into my apartment (during a dangerous COVID surge) to be able to give me a quote and I asked if there was another way, since I can't have anyone in my apartment at the moment. I did not decline a deposit or a FaceTime. It is just that by the time he suggested it, his manner was so rude and aggressive that I felt like he was just angry and wasn't actually trying to help me. Really terrible manner--like I had interrupted him and he didn't want people to call him. I then called another moving company and they were SO kind and helpful and informative.

Ive used Tudor the Mover twice now and both times Ive come being incredibly satisfied. These guys are quick, super professional and easy to talk to. They took great care of everything we had and made sure to treat our Items with extra attention. To quote Tudor I like to live things as they were my own. It defines tu does show! Awesome dudes for sure !
