Very nice and busy full-time martial arts gym. They offer a lot of different disciplines.. Anything from Boxing, Muay Thai, MMA to Tabata & ELDOA. Huge respect to amazing staff and professional coaches for doing an excellent job! The gym is well equipped. They have proper changing rooms with showers and lockers for your convenience.. Acadmie Frontenac is a great place for any skill level. My favorite part about this gym is their rich schedule and wide choice of in-house smoothies .. When I say rich schedule, I mean that you can start training as early as 6 am and keep training till 9:30 pm if you are a machine and attend more than one discipline.. That being said, I highly recommend Acadmie Frontenac to anyone who wants to learn a new skill, stay in shape, or be a professional athlete..
