I walked in for a Gel manicure and had an unfortunate experience. I asked for the whitest pastel they had and was my manicurist picked one out for me and assured me it was the whitest available. Another woman took over who cut my cuticle to the point of minor bleeding and answered her phone for prolonged periods twice. I had wanted to walk out before the color but decided to give it an honest try. After the color began, I asked my original woman why my color was not pastel white and she explained we needed more layers- 5 later and the texture is bumpy, the layer is thick and uneven and I was unsatisfied. They both apologized, and took me in last minute, which merits one star but $40 later I am not at ease. Will not be using them again. Service: Manicure
