I came in to get my eyebrows waxed as I had an important event coming up. The specialist who took care of me was extremely kind and sweet. She did a great job with my right eyebrow and I confirmed with her that I was very happy with it. But then, unfortunately, she over waxed the head of my left eyebrow. It looked quite strange. She did apologize and asked if she should try to fix it by thinning my right brow. But I didn't like the shape of the overwaxed brow at all. I told her to leave it and that I would just have to wait for the brow to grow out. But it just looks awful and they so obviously do not match. I will likely not come here for my brows again.
