BEST SERVICE FOR BRAIDING ,reasonable prices for braiding. , I recommend males to come get their pedicure and manicure done here. After doing my foot here , Chano nails made me realize how men foot should always be taking care off , I really was expecting a shaky , weird awkward service cuz Im a man but they are very kind and uplifting, they will make sure you leave with a smile . While my nails look fabulous this whole experience left me wanting to hurry up and get out of the salon. The owner was very dismissive and her communication style was very dry and short with me. When her client Sarah came in she made conversation asked her all about her day children etc. I did not let her finish my service because I just wanted to get out of there. When I decided against it her response was just let me do my job. I felt hurried as her other client arrived and when she said she would return the techs answer ooh I am almost done with her. There was no effort made to retain me as a client. I have been there one time before moving to Montreal and thought I would support a local small business. I was hesitant about leaving a tip which I did because I understand the times we are living in and the service itself was done great and my nails looks fab. When I was paying I had to pay via E-transfer as debit was down. When I the transaction went through all that was said its good! No thank you goodbye or happy holiday! The point was clear she does not want my business and I do not intend on coming back!
