I don't think this place is actually licensed for doing nails because of how bad it is. They are VERY rough with your nails and my thumb is STILL bruised from when I last went there. I went in to get my powder polish removed and UV gel polish applied. First, he cut my nails WITH the old powder polish still on my nails. This is a great way to break your natural nails (and it did). Then he used the electric nail sander (sorry don't know what it's called, but I mean the tool they use to remove gel or powder and to buff your nails). He took off the ENTIRE nail polish with this. After the cutting and the way he removed the nail polish my nails were so thin and sore (I felt like I had no nails at all, it was painful to the touch). He realized how much damage this was as well and actually said I shouldn't reapply any nail polish and told me to come back in two weeks. And he sent me on my way with jagged nails, not even filed down (to be honest though the nails were so soft after his work that filing might have been too painful). It's now over two weeks later and my nails are SO damaged from his process that every time they grow even a little bit they break. And I'm still bruised. I'm going to have to wait until my entire nail is grown back before I can reapply any polish. The normal (and proper) process is to use the electric tool to take down the polish just a LITTLE bit. Then soak the nails in acetone to remove the rest of the polish. Then moisturize then cut the nails. I partially feel I deserve this because it was actually my second time there. The first time I got a Mani/ped and I noticed they were rough but I didn't get injured so I didn't take it so seriously. The first time I went the woman did my manicure and she got some of the polish on my cuticles. I showed the man her work and he said it will be fine tomorrow after you washed your hands a few times... Really? Is it acceptable to pay for something and tell the client it will look better TOMORROW!!! Then he did my pedicure and he had the opposite problem from the woman. , the nail polish wasn't even covering the entire toe nail. I should have never went back after this but the second time was an emergency where I was asked to a last minute event and needed to redo my nails but my regular place was booked. I thought maybe they were just having a bad day the first time so I gave them one more chance. Well I learned my lesson this time. I will never ever ever return and I would never recommend them. From now on I will stay loyal to my usual place. Service: Manicure

(Translated by Google) I went there for a pedicure last week. Never had such disastrous service; Live up to all the negative reviews written here. This trade does not deserve to be opened, it is dangerous. The guy is not competent and above all totally lacking in civility... don't go there, my toes are bleeding and he hurt me... he was even listening to soccer at the same time as he kicked my ass. I had also made an appointment for a manicure but I quickly canceled, got up and left. It doesn't even deserve the star I had to put, but if I want my post to be published I have to put one. Service: Pedicure
