I wish I could give it more stars but It was my first time at this salon.I went to get a manicure for me and my daughter done on the 31 of March. I knew they used bio gel etc I was told that I would need a refill in 2 weeks time. Anywho I thought a manicure u soak the nails but I guess they do things different. It was a cream applied to our fingers then cuticles removed but due to them not being softened it resulted in me getting cut numerous times which annoyed me. My daughter got a hand massage (which is normal after a manicure) I however didnt she just packed everything away and I had to cream my own hand. I also dont think she painted my nails well either because after leaving in the sun you can see it the shade was lighter than it should be, It hasnt been 2 weeks yet and the color is peeling off lol I have never got gel polish and it peels off I always have to get it soaked off. My daughters nails are still in good shape and I think its because the owner did it very well while I had the inexperienced tech. Did I get my moneys worth? Nah.. would I go back? Maybe I liked the vibe and the owner. Services: Manicure, Kids' manicures
