The notary was disorganized. Did not tell Me certificate of declaration needed to be signed by the notary which I would have happily done. He had the papers for 3 weeks and did not inform myself or my real estate agent. Then he told me its only $38.00 its not about the $$$ its about the lack of communication and everything was very last minute
