Toner Selection

This company supplied me with defective cartridges twice. The first incident was the a mislabled color and the second caused my printer to have to recharge and realign (with proper cartridges) several times. I requested a refund three times, and would get an initial response "I will escalate..." and then nothing else. The refund was for less than $20 Canadian.

I had ordered from a dealfind I purchased. Placed the order and received a invoice that showed shipped. The tracking number was blank. I have never received the shipment and called and left messages. Have never received a call back and they don't answer the phones. Please do not order from this vendor.

The worst. Ordered this from a Living Social deal for the first and last time. Two of the three colored Ink cartridges leaked all over as soon as I put them in the machine. The two black cartridges that were sent were not the ones I ordered and did not work in my printer. Threw the whole thing out. Horrible experience and a big mess. Never Again.

Past orders have been no problem but my last order was short shipped and after leaving several voice and emails, over the past few weeks, no one has responded with an explanation or to indicate if it is possibly backorder. Not too happy at this point so won't be using them again UPDATE... finally after several more attempts I reached the company and all is resolved. The reason for the problem was acceptable to me and they have shipped the missing items. I would change the "stars" to 4 but can't figure out how... WILL use the company again

a great place to buy your ink cartridges, the prices are much cheaper then staples and they deliver directly to your door.
