Working with College Pro has been a terrible experience. I have now called the warranty department 4 times to try and have them follow up on the paint job on my porch floor and ceiling that was done less than a year ago and havent had any response from the person in charge. While the customer service reps have been friendly they have not been able to get me in touch with anyone who can actually fix the issue. It has been over a month that I have been calling. My porch looks even worse now than it did prior to having the job done and it was by no means inexpensive. In addition, it would appear that the floor of the porch was not prepared properly prior to painting, and yet I am told this would not be covered by warranty. Bottom line, dont use college pro, they clearly do not stand behind their work or care about their customers.
