I wish I was able to give less than a star. Do not trust this parking facility. This is not a safe place to park your vehicle over night. Depending on your US car insurance you might incur significant charges if your vehicle has been damaged/broken into. Do your best to avoid trouble like this and stay away from this place. We visited from Boston in early October, we paid $20 a night to park at the garage, where our vehicle was broken into. (We stayed at the nearby L'Appartement Hotel). Significant damages were done to the car and no one took responsibility. This is a private property, a paid parking garage and no one seemed to respond or care. Management there was notified on multiple occasions, our US car insurance was looking for answers including camera footages, etc. but to no avail. At the very least, they should have given us our money back. Shame on you people. Learn how to do business.

Hello world. We visited Canada from Boston with my family on 9/29/2022 and stayed at L'Appartement Htel. We arrived late at night so the only thing we had the chance to do was park our car and go to rest. L'Appartement Htel works with Delta by Marriott using their parking garage as a paid parking option. Since this is the center of Montreal and we were arriving late we preferred to use the paid parking option and parked our car here. Next morning 9/30 we go to our car only to find out that it had been broken in. This was not the best welcome to Canada message as you can imagine but I thought that on the bright side it's an opportunity for Canada and the business to prove their professionalism integrity. The first person we contacted was Amer, the manager from Marriott, who was very responsive, took pictures, gave us his contact information and was very reassuring that he will contact the management so the insurance of the garage will pay for the damage. I don't want to bore everybody but long story short, today is 10/21, the car has been repaired and paid for by me and my insurance and nothing on the parking insurance yet. I want to point out that Amer and Tove, another employee from Marriott that I only know online, have been responsive and promise me that the insurance will take care of it. I promised them though that end of day today I will put my review for the world to see, that is of course open to change if they fulfil their promise. I can't believe that they are not taking care of that, for a relatively small damage. Outside of this stay, we are also very good and loyal Marriott employees and I have made them aware of that. I will put a separate review on the Hotels themselves. Come on Marriott, you can do better than that. In the meanwhile consumers, if you are parking here to protect your car while visiting Montreal, be aware that it's not as safe as you would imagine. The car was not even parked in any lower level it was literally on the second level, close to the entrance.
