Dont park here! Guy was super rude, charged $23 to park for an hour. Street parking is way cheaper!

I arrived at 10am and the guy that was there said that the fare was $5 per 30 minutes to a maximum of $20 a day. When I left at 11:25 he told me that I had to pay $20 because the $5 was only for the first 30 minutes. He asked for cash and when I wanted to pay in the parking machine with my card, he said that I would have to pay taxes and he forced me to enter the maximum of $20 instead of letting me choose the time that I was actually there. The ticket was printed with a start time of 11:31 which means this is prepaid parking (to leave the ticket visible on the dashboard) and this guy is taking advantage of those who don't want to pay taxes and pay in cash to take the money for himself.
