Terrible service, they charged me for 2 extra months without my consent and then when I called to fix this. They did not want to help whatsoever. Worst people ever

The parking lot is highly susceptible to theft. Although the company managing the parking lot did mention in their contract that they are not responsible for damages resulting from theft, they did not, however, make any effort into improving surveillance. Their only camera posted at the entrance is ''broken'' and has never been fixed. AVOID THIS PARKING LOT, you are better off parking on the street where your car is visible to any pedestrian. 4 broken car windows in the span of 2 weeks...

These people are completely rude..... I lost my ticket to pay for a fine, I called the number and asked if I could have the website where I pay for my fine. They completely misunderstood me and told me to pay at the front door of the place. AGAIN after repeating myself several times explaining that it's a fine that I need to pay and not a parking spot. Finally they understood, and this is all they said, "yes, you must paid online".... I replied "yes! I know, but I need the website address" I then repeat it in French just in case. Before she replied; I can hear in the background another customer getting blasted by an employee, stating that they are closing in 5 minutes and to come back tomorrow. Her response again was "yes you must pay online" and proceeded to hang up on me. I call back they don't answer so I left them a very angry and rude voicemail... UPDATE: I found the website on my own without their incompetent help. However the way they treat their "customers" is straight out RUDE. They were in such a hurry to finish work that they will just hang up on you. This place needs to be reported to the BBB (better business bureau Quebec).

Confusing parking hours; called the service number ahead of time and got a hold of an operator who told us that the parking lot was 24/7 and that we could park overnight. When we got there the signs were confusing and when translated said that you could only park until 3am.
