Dont let the bad reviews scare you. I went on a Tuesday morning 20mins past opening time and the whole process only took about an hour. Just picked up my passport after 2 weeks and only waited about 20mins for pick up. Show up with all your proper documents (forms already filled out), the proper form of payment and stay respectful and patient and you shouldnt have any problems. Everyone was really nice.

Honestly it wasnt supposed to be a bad day for an emergency passport but The lady at post 13 made it incredibly hard. She said we were missing a paper but couldnt tell me what paper I was missing then she made me go home 3 times the third time she said no I need the paper that was dated for she could have told me when I asked the first 2 times I would have gotten the right paper. Then she pulled a snot face attitude and said im done with you. How are you done with me if this is youre job. I went home got more papers all the same day went back to her counter and she said no you need to start over. ok so we did and we got an amazing lady at post 6 I think she has black hair. Super sweet very patient did everything we needed also gave us future information she was amazing. If we never went to post 13 we wouldnt have missed our flight. We payed 160$ for emergency passport but Because of all the delays our passport came late and we missed our flight and got a 310$ parking ticket after spending 30$ on parking and being there for 8h. Got there at 8:30 finally left at 4I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS OFFICE AGAIN. To rude to over crowded its worse then going to the emergency room at the hospital.
