        Totally awesome. Fresh salads with real protein, low FODMAP , GF.and of course great pastries. Clearly a favorite for locals and always super welcoming to travelers. Good for Celiacs and has been a savior and an oasis for my family for years when we visit Montreal. Note, visit on the early side since its a popular spot and items sell out.
