Personally, this was an amazing experience for me for a multitude of reasons. The customer service was absolutely incredible. The technician was very professional and detail oriented. I got exactly what I asked for, if not better. Throughout the entire process, I felt heard and reassured, which was very important for me since it was my first time getting permanent makeup.
