Pizzéria NO.900 - Vieux-Montréal

The atmosphere was very classy and clean. Patio was nice and quiet enough, with a distant view of the train traffic coming in and out of the via station. Pizza was delicious, especially the Margherita, very well seasoned and traditional tasting, however was a little bit lacking in the texture department as it was a tad underdone and slightly too thin. This is to be expected with artisanal dough though. Great atmosphere, staff, location and hours.

I am a person who usually gets takeout pizza from fast food restaurants, so I always imagined a pizza could be only good with loads of cheese and toppings, until I tried this. I tried margarita antika and it was so simple yet so delicious. The toppings were simple raw tomato sauce and minimal cheese, while the crust was perfectly baked, stretchy, crispy from outside and soft from inside. Overall, it felt light and healthy as opposed to a regular takeout pizza. Also the atmosphere was beautiful, perfect for date nights
