They had to call someone else and when that person showed them how to do the transaction properly they still were saying that we were wrong and the promotion was not a thing (promotion straight from the app pizza pizza) and denied that they were wrong. Pizza pizza should train their staff and keep them up to date to their recurring promotions/coupons.
