Double Pizza

Placed an order for 22h00 pickup. Get there at 21h45 and it's closed. Website says open until 23h00. Wasted 30 minutes of my time and gas to get there... and they charged me for my order, too. Totally ridiculous.

Not Only they don't know how to read the notes that I put in my order, they also have the worst customer service call center, the person that answered the first call was insulting and shut the line in my face, the second person on the call transfered me to her supervisor who was even more insulting by proposing a $5 credit on my next purchase in exchange to a Medium Pizza that they messed up by doing exactly the opposite of what I mentioned in my note. I will never order with Double Pizza anymore and will not recommand this restaurant to anyone I know, I will also tell my story as much as I can.

Pizzas were good but the delivery guy had the guts to show his negative reaction when we tipped himwe did not give him anything super low but still he looked so miserable afterwards and angry+ the delivery guy should not choose the tip for us like he did previously.
