La dame qui nous a servies (la propritaire srement) tait trs sociable et chaleureuse ! Une vraie italienne passionne qui sait vous mettre l'aise. Elle a pris le temps de nous expliquer comment ils font leur propre pte qui fermente et lve tranquillement pendant des jours. Cette faon de prparer la pte facilite la digestion et est meilleure pour la sant. C'tait la premire fois que je gotais une Foccacia. Ce fut dlicieux. Trs savoureux. Avec de vraies viandes italiennes. Un dlice. Et la pte tait trs lgre, mais consistante. Juste parfaite! Nous avons got aussi 3 desserts faits sur place (biscuit sec aux amandes, biscuit sec au chocolat et un biscuit aux ppites de chocolat). Tous dlicieux. C'tait donc un 20$ bien investi.
