Roger Plumbing & Electric

I called for after hours for an emergency service for my condo building. A call center employee answered, took my info and then a plumber called me back 20 minutes later. He was not the company I contacted, but an independent plumber WITHOUT PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY INSURANCE. He also acted shocked when I expected the emergency service that night instead of in the morning, though I don't understand why he'd return a call after 9pm if it wasn't urgent. The same call-center employee with children in the background answered when I called another well-rated plumber, which seemed really odd. And then I got a call from an Ontario number a few days later, claiming to be this plumber, seeing if my issue was resolved. When I tried to confirm who was calling due to the area code, the person was rude and didn't provide any explanation. Something felt really off in all my interactions trying to communicate with this company. Beware.

Lets start with professionalism - very good, quickly done Bad - was literally cheated on billing , the person charged me $85 for a hardware piece thats $21 in every local store And on top of that $125 minimum Labour Day which wasnt explained to me I dont understand this and when I call plumber , I get no answer Never recommended
