From start to finish this work was 10/10. Not only was James on time, friendly and professional, he clearly cares about providing good, transparent and safe services. The price was standard for plumbing services. I asked a pretty unreasonable ask, which was to come same day, during construction holiday for a last minute 5 hour job and yet he came and did an awesome job! There is no doubt in my mind that I will be calling back for our next project. Service: Plumbing pipe repair

James came over at the tail end of a snowstorm, carrying his heavy tools in his car because he couldn't get his truck out. He knew we were in a jam and he wanted to help. A water pipe burst in a period of minus 20 C weather and with a couple kids in the house, we were without water. He really went out of his way, did a great job, was thoughtful and considerate, and did everything to make sure that the problem was fixed 100%. He was absolutely amazing.
