The only good ratings here are made by employees of JT Management (Jacob for instance). If you rent from Joel Teller (the JT in JT Management) you will likely regret it. My roommate and I have had problems with cockroaches, mice, noise, garbage strewn in front of our building, neighbors having fist fights in the halls etc. JT Management take no ownership over any of these issues and use different smoke and mirror techniques to avoid having to do anything. If they advise that they will do something, they probably won't They deal almost exclusively in bad faith.. You will likely end up at the TAL seeking remedy if you rent from them (wish me luck!).
